Location access is essential for our service. We collect GPS data to find nearby drivers, calculate routes and ETAs, track active trips in real-time for safety, and provide accurate pickup and drop-off confirmation.

Location is only collected while the app is active during a trip. We do not track your location in the background when you are not actively using our services.

With Other Users

• Customers see driver name, photo, vehicle, and real-time location during active trips
• Drivers see customer name and pickup/drop-off location for accepted bookings
• Phone numbers are shared only after a booking is confirmed

With Service Providers

• Payment processors for secure transaction handling
